Ken was unemployed for about 2 days... The Winkler Flyers have named Ken the new Head Coach and GM... Hes closer to his family and was able to get a caoching job. I think Winkler is now my fav MJHL team. How many Northstars will Ken try and trade to go to Winkler? Thanks Ken for everything

Anonymous #7, your right... Ken is one of the best in the business... Also something you didnt mention, was that in 2005 Ken joined the NHL's Central Scouting Bureau...

I'm just going to take a guess here and say those stats are coming from either his mother, his girlfriend or Pearson himself!!!

Dan, Congrats on the promotion to the WHL. You will be missed VERY MUCH.. Legends have to start somewhere, and that somewhere was NB.. You will be joining along list of CJNB sports guys that have gone on to bigger things.. Don Wittman was at CJNB and Dan O'Connor was at CJNB... Dan keep up to the hard work and the countless hours that you've spent doing your job. I will really miss your sportsfix on Monday nights and I might have to get another Hobby for 8pm on Mondays... Your truly an amazing Person and I wish you nothing but success in the next path in your life.... I hope your still a Battlefords North Stars fan... I'm Really going to miss this blog as well. I've learned so much about not only your passion of hockey, but I also learned alot about your personal life as well... From your Moms passing, to your engagement. Its like this blog has become like a family... Thanks for sharing everything Dan, just remember, Once a Star, Always a Star.......
