Sunday afternoon in Prince George, the Cougars spent an enjoyable afternoon at Pine Center Mall playing road hockey and signing autographs.
Plenty of families showed up to “Meet the Pack.”
The Prince George Cougars players split into two equal groups. One half signed autographs while the other played road-hockey. Halfway through the afternoon they switched stations.
“I think it’s great for us and it’s great to get the community involved with the players,” said Cougars 20-year-old defenceman Cody Carlson. “Seeing the smiles on the kid’s faces is great.”
The weather cooperated nicely, and many parents stayed to watch their kids interact with their favourite Prince George Cougars.
The Prince George Cougars want to thank every single person who took the time to “Meet the Pack” on Sunday afternoon at the Pine Center Mall.
