That was definately NOT a good game......nobody pl!ayed very good. Can't blame a line, or the goalie, or the vets, or the rookies. Was a bad game overall. But.....they WILL get their groove on yet....patience and some good vibes from the coaches will help. No doubt their confidence is shaken. They need to find a way to get it back
Ken should have made every one of them run behind the bus for 15 minutes with all their hockey gear on (except skates) They would think twice the next time they go on the ice.
I've never understood the mentality or purpose of that type of "punishment". Do coaches really think that makes players play better? I would doubt that Ken would do that in the face of a game today but who knows? There is usually nobody who knows better when a game was bad than the players. A coach raggin on them doesn't boost much moral. Everyone knows the team has not had a good start - let's shake them up even more???? Good philosophy.....ha
Well I think you sit as many vets as you can tonight and start fresh. Maybe its time Oak leaves and Daley is gone, we have lots of kids that want to be here so lets go with them. Hildy get better quick.
This blog is here to provide Cougar supporters with the latest details, photos and personal takes on the day-to-day events of the team. I hope you enjoy reading this, as much as I enjoy living it.

I could not of said it better myself. Even vets need a little confidence building.I agree with the good vibes from the coaches
Just a rumor I heard. When the guys got home from Melfort last night at like 2 am. There was a bag skate at the rink. Any truth to this??
