I just got off the phone with coach Pearson.
Brody Luhning (D - 1992) and Robbie Newton (F-1993) will both be joining the Battlefords North Stars by Monday.Both were recently cut by the Swift Current Broncos.
Luhning dressed in 30 games for the Swift Current Broncos last season. He's 6'1 and 162lbs.
According to his Midget AAA profile, Newton stands 6'2 and checks in at 190 lbs. He had 36 points in 43 regular season games last year with the Saskatoon Contacts.

Good Job Coach, These kids need to realize that no matter who u are, you are that close to a bus ticket home. Nice to see those trades last year and the year before getting some of those kids here. Nice to see Luhning play
