Stars Prevail 4-2 over the Humboldt Broncos.

A 4-2 win for the North Stars in front of a solid crowd at the North Battleford Civic Center.

The Stars end their season with an impressive record of 35-19-1-3 and earned 74 points overall in the standings.

The Stars got goals tonight from Blake Peake (29), Woody Klassen (11), Shay Neufeld (14) and Blake Tatchell (10) and Kyle Birch grabbed his 24th win of the season with a fine performance.

Tomorrow night the North Stars are holding their awards banquet and will now have a lengthy break before their playoff begins with Melfort on March 6th.

More tomorrow, and thanks for your great support throughout the season. The best is yet to come.

Great season by the boys, so proud 0f what the team has accomplished. Peake has been amazing all season. Birch is someone that gets no credit and all he has done is win since late last year. Keep er going boys.

In fairness though, I think Birch has been aptly credited for his contributions to the team's success.

24 wins is an impressive statistic, and I think he'd be the first to say that he's capable of even more.
